To reset your cPanel password login to your cPanel account, this can be done via the client portal.
- Log into the Client Portal
 - Click "My Services"
 - Click "List Services"
 - Click "View/Edit" for the service.
 - Click "Login to control panel" at the bottom of the screen.
 
You are now logged into cPanel
- Click "Emails"
 - On the row for the email account you wish to change the password for click on Password.
 - Enter in your new password and save.
 
You will now need to update your email password in all email clients (i.e. Outlook/Thunderbird/etc and also any mobile devices used to access the mailbox).
